South Australian services

SHINE SA

A range of services including sexual health clinics, counselling, the Hyde Street medical service, and more. Counselling is offered at low or no cost without requiring a mental health treatment plan. SHINE SA also operates Gender Connect Country SA for rural peer support.

Thorne Harbour Health (SA)

Provides free alcohol and other drugs programs, and a free LGBTQIA+ mental health program (mental health treatment plan required).

Uniting Communities

Offers Bfriend (peer volunteer matching) and Our Place (free counselling for under 25s).

Catalyst Foundation

Maintains the Rainbow Directory SA, and offers social activities for over-50s, training, and digital device lending.

headspace

Youth mental health service with face-to-face counselling at local centres, or online and telephone support via eheadspace.

Metro Youth Health
