Transform Counselling is an LGBTQIA+ owned practice, specialising in working with trans and gender diverse people, LGBTQIA+ people, neurodivergent people, and people living with chronic illness/pain (ages 12+).
We are a Telehealth practice and offer sliding scale fees.
We will be launching our first group program in mid-2024.
Group programs will be held in-person in Adelaide, SA (location TBD).
